Hello,

I have a problem on the pages to apply for jobs on my website: https://www.wdkpartner.com/jobs/promoteurtrice-des-ventes/

The phone field does not behave correctly and in the console of my browser I have this error: Uncaught ReferenceError: application_form is not defined

Do you know where this can come from?
