Applications not submitting – "While your application doesn't fit.."

Job applications worked but are now not submitting. The response page keeps displaying “Thank you for your application. While your application doesn’t fit our current requirements, please contact us directly to see if we have other positions available.”
The only thing I did was add fields to the application. Please help.
