Hi there, @webfanatix,
I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.
Since you’re a paid customer now, you’re entitled to get support via email. Could you please contact us via this form (scroll down a little on the page) and mention this forum thread?
When writing the email, could you also provide more information so we can assess your issue? Did the system return any errors or messages when you try clicking on the button?
We’d like to replicate this on our end, so the more information you can share, the better! Feel free to attach a screenshot in your next reply if you think it can be useful. If you don’t know how to make a screenshot, here’s a quick explanation.
We’ll get back to you as soon as we can 🙂
Hi there, I have done that also. Waiting replies

Hi @webfanatix,
Thanks for reaching out via ticket! I’ll mark this thread as resolved so we don’t have to communicate in two different places.
For those following, when an element on web is not responsive like this, there are usually two suspects:
- JavaScript error
- Plugin or theme conflict
There might be some JavaScript errors on your page that are responsible for the button not working. You can check out this documentation for more information on how to view the errors in your browser:
https://wpjobmanager.com/document/job-listings-not-showing-up-in-the-jobs-page/
(Although the above documentation is about job listings not showing, troubleshooting step is the same)
Please check for JavaScript errors you see on your browser console by following the instructions above.
Also, it’s very likely that another plugin or theme that you have installed is causing the error.
I know it is less than ideal, but I’d like for you to disable all of your plugins (leaving WP Job Manager active), and if the problem goes away, then we can assume that there is a plugin conflict.
To narrow down which plugin is causing the trouble, enable each plugin one by one, and try to reproduce the error after each one that you activate. If you experience the problem after activating a particular plugin, you’ve likely found the culprit. I encourage you to find a replacement for that plugin, and hopefully that will solve things for you.
If the plugins don’t seem to be causing the problem, can you try temporarily switching to one of our default themes (under Appearance > Themes, and choose Twenty Fifteen), and refresh that page to see if the jobs appear?
Health Check is a tool that can be useful for debugging like this, and it requires an official default theme like Twenty Seventeen. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins except for WP Job Manager and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site.
