The plugin works correctly in a basic WordPress + WooCommerce installation.
Please, try to use a default WordPress theme and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Points and Rewards. Also, I suggest you try to update all the settings, even if you don’t change anything, simply re-save the settings. Let us know.
Okay, so Ive found out that Dokan is causing the problem. Any solution for it?

I am having the same problem. When I try to apply discount to cart it only refresh the checkout page and not deduct any value. I’ve de-activated all other plugins (except WooCommerce and Yith WooCommerce Points and Rewards), I have even changed to Theme Twenty Twenty-One, but it till doesn’t work. The logs do not show any errors with the Yith plugin or any other error that I can attribute to the cause.
Your assistance in resolving the issue will be much appreciated.
