I would first recommend deactivating Litespeed. Maybe their cache is the problem. If deactivating it solves the problem, you could try reactivating it. If it doesn’t work again after reactivation, contact their support for clarification.

Then, unfortunately, you are using Divi, a commercial product that is responsible for the output of your content as a theme and page builder. You would therefore have to contact their support to clarify this, if LiteSpeed has not already solved the problem. Questions about commercial products like Divi are not allowed in this forum.
