I do not know of this plugin. But I can see its usefulness now.
I will look at adding in compatibility for eMember plugin in the next version release.

While I am looking at working out how to allow eMember integration please see the documentation from eMember about how to integrate this from the eMember side: https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-membership/using-emember-with-another-plugin-that-uses-the-wordpress-user-roles-350
This may not be what you want and I am going to endeavour to have the plugin fully integrated but this may get you working for now.
I am still working on this integration for eMember. I will also be adding this same class code to the privilege widget plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/privilege-widget
It should be released in version 1.8
