Apply underline and color to link

Hello,

At the bottom of my form there is an “Accept terms and conditions” box. I would like to modify the style of this text by making the “terms and conditions” part more visible. It is currently clickable, but on the front end it does not look clickable as it looks like normal text. I want to add underlining and color to the text “terms and conditions” so that it is more apparent to the user that there is a link. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
