Appointment booking plugin – advice needed

Hello, I have searched endlessly and now seek advice. Can anyone recommend a booking plugin that can provide the following:

1. Individual Booking Calendar for Multiple (100+) staff in different locations (Nationally)
2. Ability for calendar to offer various services the staff member offers (different pricing and duration) at any time during the day (for instance between hours of 9am – 5pm without having to predefine individual timeslots
3. Smart enough to adjust booking availability automatically with different services to ensure double booking of a staff member doesn’t occur.
4. Ability for staff members to individually enter bookings they receive via phone, not the website
5. Ability to receive payment upfront for on-line bookings (would be great if it was integrated with woocommerce)
6. Require customers to sign up or login before they can make a booking
7. Ability to have automated emails go to customers once a booking has occurred to provide booking/service info. I would need the ability for staff to customise the email based on their location and service.
8. It needs to be responsive across all devices
9. It needs to show customers availability on a calendar also
