Appointment Booking Waitlist

Hi all –

My client runs a doctors office. During this time of COVID, they are only accepting walk-in patients without an appointment. Bc they are limiting the number of patients in the office at one time, they are asking for a “virtual waiting room” solution.
Think like the Genius Bar at an Apple store :
– patient drives to the clinic
– from their car, patient informs reception that they are have arrived
– patient gets placed on the waiting list based on the number of patients who have already checked in
– reception contacts the patient when the doctor is ready to see them, and they can go into the clinic

Any WordPress booking plugin solution that could accommodate this ?
or any other cloud solution perhaps ?
