Appointment cancelation date limit

@loncar Hello. I have implemented locally the usability of setting a limit until when an appointment can be canceled by a client. For example in my case appointments cannot be canceled when less than two days remain until appointment date.

Is there any hook for this use case?
If no, would you be open in me developing this and including it in a later release?

Is anybody else interested in such a feature?
