    Hello,
    Sorry for my English, I’m French and I use the automatic translator.

    Here is my problem.
    When making an appointment for a client, I would like the time slot in the public calendar to be available until I have changed the appointment from “pending” to “approved”.

    In settings, appointment settings, there is “Allow above max capacity:” and “Allow below min capacity:” Both are checked.

    Do you think this is possible? If so, what am I doing wrong?

    I would like to have the choice to choose my clients without blocking availability for others and also to avoid that badly caring people can book all my time slots and that if I did nothing (like deleting the appointment) it would delete all the time slots on my agenda and that my real customers cannot book in the end.

    in singles, why are they mentioned as pending when they are automatically placed in the diaries small appointments are blocked in the large appointments calendar and large appointments are blocked in the small appointments calendar.

    Pour être plus précise, je possède 2 travail avec des horaires totalement différent :

    Travail 1 est de 20h à 10h, long rendez-vous de 12h
    Travail 2 est entre 11h à 23h pour petit rendez-vous (1heure, 2heures…etc)

    J’ai pensé à créer un second employé, mais j’aimerai que tout mes rendez vous soient réservés sur un même seul agenda, hors en ayant 2 employés j’ai donc 2 agendas différents.

    En ayant 1 seul employé, d’un agenda à un autre ça bloque la prise de rendez vous.
    A part si je mets complètement disponible 24h sur 24h. Les 2 agendas sont fonctionnels.

    J’aimerai que lorsque client 1 pour travail 1 bloque le rendez vous, le client 2 travail 2, puisse voir qu’il n’y a plus de disponibilité.

    Est-il possible d’avoir un seul et même agenda pour 2 employés ?

    Ma demande est peut être trop compliqué 😂

    Je vais sûrement laissé complètement disponible 24 heures sur 24, ça sera aux clients de réserver aux horaires que je mentionnerai dans une phrase juste au dessus.

    To be more precise, I have 2 jobs with totally different schedules:
    Work 1 is 8pm to 10am, long appointment 12pm
    Job 2 is between 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. for small appointments (1 hour, 2 hours…etc)

    By having only 1 employee, from one agenda to another, it blocks the making of appointments.

    A part if I put completely available 24 hours a day. The 2 diaries are functional.

    I would like that when client 1 for work 1 blocks the appointment, client 2 work 2, can see that there is no more availability.

    Is it possible to have one and the same agenda for 2 employees?

    My request may be too complicated 😂

    I will surely leave completely available 24 hours a day, it will be up to customers to book at the times that I will undergo in a sentence just above.

    At the moment, it is not possible to leave the appointment unblocked if the appointments status is “Pending”. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you for your reply. It is a pity that this is not possible. While waiting to find another solution, I have to block the booking pages with a password to filter appointments.

    I can’t let everyone block my dates at all costs. A pre-selection must be established.

    Do you think they can set this up? I bought Amelia thinking it would help me with reservations.

    thank you for reaching back out to us.

    Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we’re not sure about that, since we don’t work with Membership plugins.

    At the moment we can’t give you more precise information because as we said we don’t work with membership plugins.

    Il y a un mal entendu, je ne recherche pas à savoir si Amelia peut mettre en place un pluging d’adhésion.

    Je cherche à savoir si Amelia va mettre en place les rendez-vous non bloqués sur l’agenda automatiquement tant que je n’ai pas confirmé manuellement ?

    Avoir un agenda c’est bien, mais qu’ils soient bloqués par des gens mal attentionnées non merci. Avez vous une solution à me proposer pour éviter cela ?
