    Hi,

    I have created my services and providers, and all seems to working well except for booked appointments.

    I have booked them in (no email address) through the backend as I want to block off certain times (not only do the Exceptions not work, but you only have options to open/close on the hour, and I need to close at half past). But, when I go back in, all my booked appointments have disappeared.

    Please help, our appointments are supposed to be going on sale tonight, as all our flyers are going home today (it’s a 1 night event). You seemingly have the only product that does everything we need for free, and as we are a charity, we have no budget to pay for a monthly plan.

    I’m panicking rather a lot here!!

    Hi nikki,

    We just ran some tests using the most recent version of the plugin and appointments created in the back end are saving correctly. I know we had an issue that affected some users in our previous version. Are you using the latest version of the plugin?

    If you are, then it could be a conflict with another plugin (especially if you have another similar type of plugin activated). Try deactivating all other plugins to see if you can then create an appointment.

    Also, what happens if you create the appointment using the calendar on the front end? Does it save correctly?
