The confirmation email token sends to the user if they have added the valid email during the registration. Please try registering using one of the emails. If you are not getting any confirmation email on the user’s email, provide us a registration link. We will look into it and get back to you accordingly.

Okay, I was under the impression that “Send users approval email” checkbox sent the approval link to an admin email so that the user could be approved directly from the email since the tool tip on it says “Check to receive a link with token in email to approve the users directly”. Is there any way to actually get an Approve or Deny link in the email that is sent to the admin?

If you, as an admin, change the content of the admin email, you will have to add {{approval_link}} on the admin email content to send the approval URL on the email.
