Approval Workflow with FS Form.

I think FS Contact Form is awesome. I am looking forward to try its scheduling feature.

I am just wondering…

Is it possible to add some sort of APPROVAL WORKFLOW ability to the form? I want to use it to build an online lab reservation system.

the flow is like this.

1. user apply
2. lab tech get notification
3. lab tech approve or deny
4 if approved, dean will get notification
5. dean will approve or deny
6. user get email notification.

Basically, I just want to know if two layer approval is possible. If it is… can you give me like a sample of how it can be done.
