Approve/Ban Doesn't Work

BPRO 4.2.6

I performed a test registration and my account showed up in Member Requests. I clicked the box next to the account and then clicked “Ban” The account was removed from the Member Requests but I never received an email stating this account was denied, and if I look at WordPress Users the account is still listed there under Pending.

I manually deleted the account from Users and tried the process again, except this time I clicked on Approve. I did receive an email stating my account was approved, was was removed from the Member Requests lists but it did not show up in my member listing and it still showed under Users as “Pending”
