Arabic URL

    I changed the permanent link structure from numerical to date and name URL, and the website language encoding is UTF-8, but I don’t know when I click on the post link it redirects to 404 error page, it can’t read the new URL structure correctly.

    What I should do to fix this issue?

    Will pay to resolve this problem if necessary.

    Or, if we cannot solve this problem, how can I enforce a numerical-only URL’s across the entire knowing site knowing that I am running WordPress mu and I need all new blogs to be forced or default to numerical-only URL.

    Now the documentation says that WP by default is numerical only, but mine, for some reason is defaulting to date & name.
