What are you talking about?

Do you want a link from your website to launch WhatsApp with the Joinchat settings?
The easiest thing is to put a link to "#whatsapp" you can see the 🍾 CHAT TRIGGERS section.

Or do you want the Joinchat WhatsApp button opens a custom link?
You can with Premium CTA Extras or OmniChannel.
