Archive Action Causes 504 Error

Hi,

I’m attempting to archive folders within the file manager so that I can free up space on my server. The folders have subfolders and files within them. I was able to successfully archive one of the folders as a ZIP file. I tested it and it looks good. But all subsequent attempts to create ZIP files have caused a 504 error to appear. The pop-up error says “Invalid backend response. Error occurred on the server side. HTTP error 504.” Any thoughts?
