I’m using Duplicator Lite and getting an error trying to restore my site.

I put both installer.php and the ZIP file in the root directory of an empty site – same domain name as the original and the database exists with correct name, user name and password – but I get this error message when I run installer.php –

“Archive not found! The required archive file must be present in the ‘Extraction Path’ below.

The Extraction Path shown has a “/home/customer/www/” prefix in front of the domain name that I don’t see with File Manager but that may be there per what Duplicator sees. Regardless, surely Duplicator should find the ZIP file in the same directory as installer.php, no?

The error screen also says –
Expected Size: 351.51MB Actual Size: 0B

Yes, the ZIP file is 351Mb which means the installer.php is correctly matched to the ZIP I uploaded, but the 0B size means it somehow…isn’t “seen.”

    Any recommendations per correcting? Thanks.

Cory, thanks. I was able to restore the site by extracting the *installer-backup.php file from ZIP. Looks like the problem I experienced was because the installer.php file was matched to a prior ZIP, so I needed to replace that with the correct version.

    Thanks for the update!
