I mean the bit where it has November 2004 and December 2004 – they both direct you to http://www.echoplayer.com/archives/ which is nothing bit a mirror of the main page. It should alter the url, like http://www.echoplayer.com/archives/november or whatever. 😕
What is your permalink structure ?
If you set your front page to display only the latest 2 posts, does anything change then ?

Changing it to 2 posts doesn’t do anything.
My permalink structure:
/archives/%post_id%
If I altered this, would it fix the problem? If so, what could I change it to? (and would it re-parse all the old urls, so they follow the same structure?)
Thanks.

Does anyone have any idea how to sort this?
Thanks,
it all centers around your permalink structure. mine are currently set to display as ‘blog/year/month/title/’ – then in my archives all of the day links link to the current page, rather than day. don’t know if/how to hack so that you could still have the month links return only that month’s posts, but the quick fix is to add the month in your permalink structure
