Archive page not displaying

    I have designed a product archive page using the ShopEngine Builder, set it to active and yet it still is not displaying as the archive page.

    I have read all the documentation and watched several videos none of which show any troubleshooting to assist with this issue.

    If the ShopEngine template doesn’t automatically override the Elementor / Woocommerce what should one do?

    Hi @aaadesigns,
    Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for the delay!

    I have inspected your Shop page and Archive page. Both of them are already using Shopengine templates. Is the issue already solved or do you need help regarding something else?

    Please share more information if I’ve missed the issue. I’ll have another look.
