Archive Text replacement not working

Hi, First of all, thank you for the plugin.

I have one issue, that may be a bug.
I have 3 types of products:
1- Simple and Virtual and Downloadable.
2- Simple and Virtual but Not Downloadable.
3- Simple and not virtual and not Downloadable.

I want to change the text for the 1 but not for the other 2.
So I go into the settings, and select yes and then “Downloadable” on the type like this:

But it does not work. No button is changed. I need to add Simple to the list, and then all 3 are changed.
Any suggestions?
