Archive.php doesn't work?

For some reason, when you attempt to visit the blog archive page it gives you a page not found error, even though the page is clearly on the server.

How do we direct users to a page with all of the blog posts on it?

(Also, not one blog post has an ‘author box’ on it, how do you turn it on?)
