Archives in Main Navigation

I have this blog: http://blog.ryanlightdesign.com/

I want to make ‘Archives’ in main navigation pull up the info that would be on the archives widget on the sidebar. Not sure how to go about this, not seeing a page template option when creating a new page. I do have an archives.php but not sure how to call it.

I have been working on this all day to no avail, any help would be greatly appreciate.
