Archives: reading them sequentially

    Can anyone help me with making it so my archives start with the first post of every month rather than the last – i.e. when you click on the archive it brings the 1st post to the top and then you can read down as the month progresses. Currently my archives start with the final entry so that you would have to start reading at the bottom of the page and work up in order to read in sequence.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    The only solution I could find here in the forum was this thread:

    It requires hacking core files, so you will have to do that after every update!
    You will have to change the lined quoted there
    ORDER BY post_date DESC" . $limit);
    to
    ORDER BY post_date ASC" . $limit);
