ARMember manual setting problem

    In the place of Manage Members, I manually set a membership and provided him with a one-year membership. However, after manual setting, the member cannot see the video on my website page.

    I found that there is no problem with the membership manually set some time ago. But starting from April 2023, the membership ARMemeber I manually set doesn’t seem to implement the settings I made.

    The current situation:
    The video is available to those who have a one-year membership

    Members with a one-year membership set manually before can see it.
    The one-year membership was manually set recently, and the local setting of Manage Members shows that there is a one-year membership, but users cannot see videos on the website (it has been determined that it is not a problem with the video permission settings).

    In addition, for the Manage Member of ARMember, when I use the filter to select a one-year membership after setting, I can only see the previously set membership, and the newly set membership is not displayed…..

    Hello,

    This may happen if you have not configured the content access rule properly from ARMember -> Content Access Rules page. Please double-check it and let me know how it goes.

    After clearing my site cache after updating access rules table….the problem have been solved… thanks a lot
