Arrange posts in a sidebar

    i wanna arrange a tool to the sidebar so that i can arrange posts in the categories for widget as per my order.
    for example
    suppose there are 3 categories bikes, cars and trains then the post in which i am tagging or categorising should flash in sidebar in menu view
