array problem

Hello
I’m trying to scrape site with using html dom with json output like this

“release_date”: “2017-09-13”, “length”: “150”,
“genres”:[“Action”,”Drama”,”Slice of life”]
}

how to make make genres array to show up, im using subloop but still give me blank screen
