This is a new “feature” from Facebook. It does not allow incorrectly formatted URLs to be posted anymore. If you are getting this error – URL that you are trying to submit there is not correctly formatted from Facebook’s point of view.
But what would then be a URL formatted correctly for Facebook? Is there any place where I can understand a little more about that? Thanks for the info!
Facebook does not provide any info on that (as usual). We are still trying to gather some info. From what we already saw there should be no spaces in the URLs.

So that’s it? KamatsuKyoto, did you ever figure out how to fix this? I’m getting the same error on posts but when I do a test post it works fine.
