Article Background Color

    I’ve managed to get almost every background to a dark color, except the background on an individual article.
    I’ve added custom CSS, used the customize, etc. Nothing makes the background on an article dark. The text is now light or white – which means it can’t be seen on the refusing-to-change background.
    Any suggestions?
