Hi, ok i wasnt aware of your weekend holiday.
If your team can sort this plugin out on your side then of course i would be happy as it was a plugin which helped me out alot but then all of a sudden it crashed my whole site and its done it once before but then the error went but this time was way worse.

Cause we can assure you that the issue you mentioned above has nothing to do with our WooLentor plugin. This type of issue occurs if there are any issues in the server configuration.
