This problem has propped up several times in these forums, but I have yet to find a solution for these problems come out without having the poster contact Akismet directly. Sorry about that.
Out of curiousity, what conditions are happening for this user to have blocked messages? For instance,
1) Is there username something that might flag Akismet
2) Do they routinely post with links (especially external from site)
3) Do they have an email address that could be seen as spam?
4) What country do they post from (IP range)
5) Anything else you can think of?
There has been lots of talk of having Akismet solve the problem, but those folks are busy and sometimes take time to respond. I wonder if there is some commonality that can be drawn from our own knowledge to help come up with a solution.
Just me thinking out loud I guess….

The only thing I can think of is that she may be on an isp that has a bulk blocked ip range.
Here are part headers from an email I received from her, maybe it holds some clues. I have deleted my email addy from the headers.

That now is a question to ask of the Akismet people because only they would know if any of that email headers is something that relates to what they see. It would help them in checking though if you sent it to them!

I have sent them an email. I shall await their reply before sending them further information.
Thanks for the help.
Bump.
I have emailed Askimet over and over again about this. I have a very high-traffic site, and daily I get about ten regular commenters trapped in the Askimet filter. I “De-spam” them and yet Askimet never seems to “learn”.
I don’t know what I can do any more.
