Asking ‘Please select shipping method’

    Hi, hope you can help with this. If someone adds a a voucher, goes to checkout and fills in details its asking for them to select a shipping method for some reason?

    Any clues as to why this might be, or things to check? Plugin version is 4.27.0

    Hi there,
    thanks for contacting us!

    I checked locally what you comment, but i can’t reproduced it.

    I recommend running the following tests to see if the problem disappears at some point:

    • Update the plugin, WC, and WP to the latest version.
    • Switch to a default WP theme like 2025.
    • Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.

    Could you check it, please?
