    I am planning to buy plugin, but before that I would like to enquire ‘Do you provide option to delete tickets’ as I could not find this option in free version.

    Hi Aparana,

    Generally people don’t delete tickets, but if you need I will do it for you free of charge after purchase and later version will include this feature.
