Assign different Users to different pages

Hi,
I’m reading documentations like crazy but haven’t found specific answer…yet for:

Scenario:

I will be installing WP as a full site for a company that has several departments. They want to assign dept User to be the editor of their pages only.

Is it possible to setup many Users to only edit specific pages and not view/access pages that are not assigned to them?
