assign ticket to specific woocommerce oder

    Hi there,

    I would like to know 2 things please :

    1. Is it possible to create a ticket and assign an order to this ticket ? can we do it for multiple orders ?
    2. Is it possible to create a ticket from the order page ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us.
    If you are using WooCommerce, when a customer raises a ticket, all the orders associated with the customer get automatically sent through the ticket.
    But, it’s not possible to create a ticket from the order page.
