Assign User groups

Hi,
I have created a registration form. At the end, my students select the courses they belong to.
I’ve created some elements in profile form, however, I don’t want all the elements be visible for all students. In fact, the elements visibility must be depend on the course they’ve chosen. For instant, I want only the students who have registered in course A (and they’ve chose in in registration form) can be able to see Element A in their profile.
Is it possible to do with ultimate member? I tried to build something with meta-field but I couldn’t figure out a valid solution.
