Assigning projects to pages

I’m using a theme that has a custom post type called ‘projects’ which feature on the home page and can be assigned to categories.
I want it so that when I can create different pages, and assign different projects to feature on different pages.

My site is a photography/design site, so I want to create a page for photography where all the photographic ‘projects’ are featured and a design page where all the design ‘projects are featured.
The theme I’m using is called “Baylie” from themetrust
