    You’ve been really helpful with a previous development request, I’m hoping you can help again 🙂

    One of your developers contacted me about making my shipping plugin more Dokan friendly, but there’s one part I am still working on many months later. The files they told me to checkout left me even more confused so I’m hoping you can offer a little more insight as to what I’m looking for.

    When we get to the checkout page, I already know that Vendor #1 gets $5 for shipping charges, and Vendor #2 gets $7 for shipping. How can I communicate this to Dokan during the order processing? Right now it gives each vendor $0 of the shipping charges because it’s something I have to directly specify. Just not sure how and I can’t find any relevant examples on how to do so 🙁

    Please note that Shipping functionality is not a Dokan free feature. As per this forum rules, we are unable to discuss any paid functionality. I request you to create a support ticket to our own support forum where you can get support for paid functionality.

    But what if I am not a paying customer? I do not have a vendor marketplace. I was approached by your company to make this work because your users wanted more shipping options.

    So Dokan Lite does nothing at all with shipping charges? Who gets it then… The files I was linked to last time were Dokan-Lite files. It’s no wonder I am so confused by the help I’ve gotten so far.

    Is there a developer I can email directly to help with this?

    Hello @hystericallyme,

    I am not sure which file you are pointing to. In Dokan-lite admin can configure WooCommerce shipping and that shipping rate would be applicable for the customer if the customer purchase from 5 vendors then the shipping charge will the same which admin configured from the backend WooCommmerce shipping area. Also, the admin will get the shipping fee.

    Also, we do not have any option to e-mail directly to any developer and if you need further help with anything else, I can try my best.
