Assignment rules not working for this package

    Hi, can anyone help. My developer has installed the Gravity Forms Add on, and we are able to send a lead to our sandbox, but it does not activate the assignment rules. We would like to assign the lead to a queue. We send the Lead with my account details so that it can go through into Salesforce. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Regards
