Assistance with W3C Validator errors

Hello –

Hoping someone might be able to assist. I am running into some serious google issue and think it might have to do with my theme. I am just hoping it is since a year ago i had 1.2 mil page views and this month I might hit 400k.
Site is celebridiot.com and the validator shows 43 Errors, 14 warning(s)

Looks like a bunch come from my ad unit which is from a large legit company that is used an a lot of sites. Just not sure about some of the other error popping up and if they could be causing google to not see my content properly. Any help is greatly appreciated,
