    Plugin Developers:
    I have taken over a job begun by a web developer who used your plugin, but did not complete the job and does not respond to the clients (Blue Ribbon Pet) emails.

    He was attempting to create User Roles so that prices would only show to a specific user type. The price variation comes from a field, not a calculation.
    The plugins he has set up are:

    He never got it setup to work and I’m hoping you might point me to some documentation or support on how this would be done.

    The products are setup in TYPES but users see ALL the prices so the ROLES are not defined to the price field they need to see (or be excluded from).

    We are assuming that the previous developer had purchased your plugin for us, but we do not have the login credentials he opened that account under, however we could provide you with his name and email.
