Associate two lists to one form

I think this would be easy, AND I read the articles about it, but not found the answer

I would like my subscribers (when they fill in the form) to have the oppotunity to choose between two list. Memberlist and newsletterlist, or both. But when I make or edit the form, I only have the oppotunity to select one list.

What did I do wrong?
