    Hello, I have installed your plugin unfortunately after so many attempts, I cannot custom the shipping provider. it keeps getting error and stuck on loading. can you help me resolve this issue? is it because of the latest update? Hope you could revert back soonest as we are interested to use this as well as the trackship. Thanks

    Hi @patpayte,

    We checked but we can’t replicate this issue.
    Try to clear all your cache (browser/website) and also you can try deactivating all other plugins and to keep AST and WC active and try again.

    If the issue continues, share with us the JS console error from this page.

    Hello, the custom shipping provider is now working on my end. however, it displays that the shipping provider (Janio Asia) is not supported by Trackship. does it mean we cannot use this? apart from the provided list that the plugin supports? Please help me to clarify this issue. thank you

    OK, Great.
    TrackShip does not support custom providers, but the good news is that we can add Janio Asia to our supported list. you can use the suggest a shipping provider form to ask TrackShip team to add it.
