  • Hi @ali622,

It is also possible that the website is being affected by server-side caching. Could you please try adding “?no-cache” at the end of the URL like this– forexample.com?no-cache? Let me know if this makes an improvement.

    Kind regards,
    Aradhy 😊

    Hello @bsfaradhy

If you mean there could be a problem from my hosting side than I could say no. Because I have 5 other site working on the same hosting but the problem appers on this site only.

And this ?no-cache thing had no effect (I still haven’t known what is our point to use this). Like I said I can barely see that problem.

    Hi @ali622,

I checked the website and it appears fine at the moment. Since the issue occurs rarely, I would suggest adding the parameter I shared earlier to the URL whenever it’s replicable. This helps bypass any cached version and loads the latest version of the site. From the interactions with other sites as well, I can say this can be probably related to caching.

To troubleshoot this further, we would need to replicate it first. Let us know once it is replicable and the steps to replicate it so that we can debug this further.

    Kind regards,
    Aradhy 😊
