Astra Theme issue

    Hello folks,

    I am having issue with my Astra theme can anyone help please 🙂 ?

    1. Sidebar can edit

    2. Can’t customize

    3. Rank math plugin is also closed

    Elementor is also giving some issue (I enable safe mode for editing post pages). I don’t know other issue also. But the main issue i am worried about (My website design has been changed 🙁

    Please note : I have deactivated plugins but issue is still on my site. When i changed theme customize bar was good working. Can anyone help me please ?

    I replied to Astra support team but they have not responded me (24 hours +).

    I am having issues too. I have made my own page templates through the Elementor Theme Builder. I literally built my own Header, Footer and Single Page Template. I was at first using Hello and I then switched to Astra. I know that I am having to use custom shortcodes I have installed the Astra Child Theme. When I go to activate the sidebars nothing happens. I have activated them in the Customizer and on the specific Page in question. Need some help. Thanks

    We would need some more details, can you help us with a screencast of the issue.

    As if you are using the theme with Sidebar and required widgets from the Appearance > Widgets.

    In the meanwhile, do check for the relevant settings of the page if it has Sidebar enabled.
