object-cache and opcache are different things.
please post screen shot of cache info.
also screenshot of /wp-content folder.
if object-cache.php exists, please oben in editor and post a screenshot so that i can help.

As you can tell from the third screen shot you are using SQLite cache.
so object-cache.php is from SQLite Cache, not APCu Cache.
You can not run more than one object cache at the same time.
You also have redis and memcached running, which puts load on you server. i recommend deactivating them unless they are used by another process.
same for APCu – unless you want to change from SQLite to APCu Cache. In this case SQLite Cache plugin must be deactivated.
one more thing, the display is mirrored. please post the OS and country code. Is your writing scheme right to left?

so in RTL the display is ok for you?
