    Hello, could we attach the default template documents on emails. As it seems even, I have chosen the default template if we choose to attach documents on emails its attaching it as simple template instead attaching the default template document.

    Sorry for the delayed response to this.

    I attempted to replicate the mentioned issue on our end but was unable to do so. I have selected the “Default” template in the Template type section. When the order is placed, I receive an email related to the purchase, and the PDF attached to the email shows the default templates, not the simple one.

    Could you please share the screenshots of the configuration and the issue appearing on your site? We will check and troubleshoot why the simple template is displaying for you, even if you have set it to the “Default” option.

    Hello @priyankajagtap , and sorry for late replay. Your screenshots are exactly what I got also. But it is wrong, as I have custom woocommerce templates for receipt that is working well when printing on order or orders list. Under child themes woocommerce/print-order. This template should apply also on when attaching to emails. Please.
