Attach Excel Sheet With Quote

Is it possible to attach an excel sheet containing the quote information along with the quote that is sent to the user?

For example a user requests a quote for 100 of product A and 100 of product B -> the admin receives a the email along with that info -> then the admin can just add the prices to the excel sheet and forward to next step.
