Attached file not hyperlinked + cannot save lead management comments

Hello
I like your plugin but it has missing features or bugs. The attached file from submitted forms only show the attachment title in the dashboard, and its not hyperlinked, making it difficult to retrieve the attachment. Also I couldn’t figure out how to save lead management comments.

Hello,
the way to save lead comments is :1. select the “Actions” from the fields presented in the drop down list.
2. use the save icon (disk image) in order to save leads comments.Please let us know if this helped.

UriHello. thats not at all what i asked. please read properly. when someone attaches a file to the form, in the submission, only the file name appears, there is no link to click and download the file

You can access the file from the contact form 7 plugin.I know it’s not optimal… sorry for that.

what about another form plugin, will the attached file have a link inside the CRM? thats all i need. please add this feature, its too important to not add it

Still zero answer from you guys.its been more than a week since I opened this ticket !
I have selected some actions to assign leads and i confirm NOWHERE THERE is a floppy disk to saves changes. I can only click on the “apply” button to reassign a lead (which i dont need to do) and te lead comment is not even saved ! Where is that floppy disk. Please explain in details and send screenshots

please do the following:1. click on “Lead Management” menu to enter the lead management table.
2. click on “Choose Fields to display” drop down list, locate and select “Actions” .that will add the actions column in which you’ll find the “save” (disk icon) option.
please also refer to our video on our home page, http://www.upicrm.com – exact time is 1.15 seconds from the starting of the video.
Please let us know if you managed to save lead comments.

Urithanks it works better with explanations. HOWEVER, in the editor I do not see the field “lead management comment”, which one is it? please see the following screenshot:
Also you did not respond me about the attached file, we need the file name in upicrm to be hyperlinked to the stored file. how do we do so, which form plugin is it better to use so that we get the file hyperlinked?

I have added your request to our road map for further prioritizing.
